
On the manage account tab it has a section for pharmacies but my wife's only has CB1 in there but it looks like others could be added but no way of doing it through the app it appears.
The Wellford script assist app does not have an option to send to external pharmacies. It is possible to send to one, but only via email. I’m not sure how compliant this is.
Does the CB1 Medical app give the option to send to an external pharmacy?


I'm now thinking maybe we have to ask for a pharmacy adding by phone or email then it will appear in the tab as the CB1 Medical on our app is just the default pharmacy as my wife is a patient with them so in effect the same as yours as that is your default pharmacy .

I suppose they are leaving it for us to chart the course for ourselves but once requested I know CB1 Medical have done this for others when directly requested, also on Cannabis Clinic Cardiff's app it actually asks you which pharmacy you require for each individual med so I suppose that's the gold standard to aim forYeah that does make sense. I will have to email them about this. But is this not against the regs to not show other pharmacies when ordering?
I get they are financially dependent on their preferred pharmacy. But it doesn’t feel like they are fully compliant, now the app is available and is the preferred method of ordering.
Welcome and good morning @roadend1981 and I cant help thinking you maybe contacting the Channel Islands Medcann by the pricing as they have operated in the Channel Islands for a while .I have downloaded the Medicann app, it seems there are charges when you click on the connected doctors, initial consultation £150 consultation follow up £75 and and another follow up consultation £45? I was originally going to sign up to CB1 Medical, but thought will try Medicann if it's free? Am I missing something here?

It's been known to cause some issue.Im stuck on ActIon Needed submit to clinic its highlited in orange on the Medicann app? There are 2 doctors showing, 1 shows the charges still , and the other is not available. Im struggling to proceed on from this page. Do you have to download a pdf of your GP info or something as I didnt put anything in there.
That could well be it as you need a Summary of Care Record from your GP (SCR) so they can assess your medical history and from what you are saying this sounds like the issue and I believe some people have been able to get this through the NHS app but personally I contacted my doctors and requested it , hopefully another forum member who has recently been through this process can fill in the gaps here if it is not the SCR although I'm sure that is the issue at this pointIm stuck on ActIon Needed submit to clinic its highlited in orange on the Medicann app?
