Intros First day and looking for some help please

As far as flower vape, I have had a Mighty Plus for getting on 2 year I think and i've never had a reason to try another portable one, they are reliable and do the job

If you order the vape cartridges check the fitment required and you'll need a corresponding 'battery' device, e.g. a 510 vape battery for a 510 fitment cart
Thanks for the advice, the Dr told me about the 510 battery and the possibility of vaping . What’s the difference between using flower and vaping , is it stronger ? More expensive etc . I’m up for trying all avenues

Pave S1 and Big Narstie Papaya Buntz have been great for nerve pain for me.

I upgraded from an Arizer Q and Solo2 to a Venty this weekend. I wish i’d done it years ago to be honest. I’m now getting everything out of the flower quickly and easily with less faff. It’s a different level to the Solos. The Solos give an initial fresher taste hit then gets popcorny really quickly. The Venty has the same taste from beginning to end.

YMMV!

Many moons ago like 30 years ago but I did prefer it at one point then got to a point I couldn't stand it at all :ROFLMAO:
I am a Golden Virgina smoker and have been most of my time but if cheap Amber Leaf is about it has to be had .
Golden V all the way

the 510 battery is for vape cartridges similar to tobacco vape liquid. A dry herb vape lets you vape flower

I do both, the carts are very useful for being out and about, and for having just a couple of huffs when needed but there is more variety in flower and it's often a bit more full-bodied

Thank you for your help , do you have any recommendations with the vape cartridges? I’ve seen the 510 vape battery on Amazon for about £20

Look up CCELL batteries, cheap and reliable. Preferably the one with the multi-voltage function, to adjust vape strength to your taste.

For vape carts, I suggest buying "full spectrum", as Distillates give an "empty" head high to me, and almost no body effects but we are all different of course. We need those full spectrum terpenes!

Thank you for your advice, very much appreciated. That’s the 2nd recommendation for the Venty I’ve had and also the Pave S1 . I’ll put the Big Narstie on the list.

CCELL work ok and do the job fine, though have fewer features than the Yocan ones I've been using more recently. It can be another rabbit hole, but as a price guide £20 seems fine, it's more what features you want

I'm currently using the Yocan Ziva pro if you want to look that up

Will do , thank you. Do you need specific cartridges for it ? Or does it fill like a normal vape tank

No problem at all. We are all here helping each other out because it is a bit of a new frontier, even for people who are very familiar with cannabis and ways to take it

Keep asking and people will chip in where they can, we all know what it's like to have disabilities and long-term conditions and that all of this can add another layer of stress so we try and help each other navigate it all

Conclusions

The results of this study indicate that α-terpineol, Caryophyllene, and γ-terpinene may have cannabinoid receptor activity which is relevant in the context of chronic neuropathic pain. All three terpenes demonstrated a strong dose-dependent reversal of mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia. This suggests a potential therapeutic role for terpenes in neuropathic pain; however, more research is needed.

Humulene, Linalool , Myrcene , geraniol all good non cannibimemetic terpenes for nerve pain.

Welcome to the forum @Max Riff
I find Green Karat modified gas is good and so is Medicus fruity pebble kush.
I use a storz and Bickel mighty vaporiser.
Thank you for your help and recommendations, very much appreciated. Could I ask how much you order a week\month. I’m not expecting to be a heavy user. Just wanted an idea of quantity to order.I assume your recommendations are flowers , have you ever used the vape juice/oil ? My partner wants me to have/ use something that won’t stink the house out. Does the flower smell strong ?

I started with flower for chronic pain, but was sold a load of crap by my clinic, so switched to vapes almost straight away.

I have three strains of different effects and strengths depending on the time of day. They work in seconds/minutes compared to flower and don't require any preparation.

I will try flower again and have an iMax Starry v4 (c. £70) for dry herb vaping, which is decent. I like the fact that I can use dosing capsules with it, so I can control my pain relief dosages.

The Aurora® Sourdough cart is great for getting comfortable in the evening, and another rip will have me sleeping soundly and waking up refreshed.

Did your Dr mention limits in terms of quantities? Usually you will have a limit to order within.

It can vary person to person, some people get 20g a month of flower, some up to 120g

I only order 10g of flower per month usually, sometimes more but I am relatively new to MC so I have been trying lots of different varieties.

No I have never tried the electric liquid vapes.

Some of the flower can have a strong smell but allot hardly has any, I use a smell proof laptop style bag to store my vape and flower and you cannot smell a thing.
