Intros First day and looking for some help please

Yep, that's the one! You just screw in the cartridge, charge the battery, and you're good to go.

My pen has three settings, and I use the Aurora® carts on 2.8V because they're Resin and I find them thicker than distilate, with a higher vaporisation (not sure if that's the correct term?) point.

I've used it before bed every evening for a month, and I'm about a third of the way through the cartridge. I have two others that get more use but are used less consistently, and they're all about the same. I think I'd be on about a cart a month if I just had one.
Hi , thanks for getting back to me . I've ordered the cartridge , just waiting for the Dr to sign it off .
Advice off the forum has steered me to the Yocan Ziva Pro to put the cartridge in which I have purchased today as well as some Pave S1 flower to try that also came highly recommended.
Could I ask how much/ how many puffs do you take in an evening and any other hints/tips you may have are very welcome.

Oil gave me instant relief for spinal issues in ways a decade of pharmaceuticals never had done.

I started with GP 25t/5c. I took it before bed and woke in the morning refreshed and bones and joints popped like they hadn’t in years.

I was blown away by the effects of it. V different to flower IMHO.
That's great to hear that you've had such a positive result. Really looking forward to trying the oil when it arrives. Could I ask what dosage you take please.

I was recommended oil for CRPS, but I was worried about how I'd control the dosage and what the immediate effects would be if I used it before work.

At the moment, I don't use anything before or during work hours, and many days are a massive struggle.
Have you tried it before bed time like others have recommended?
I intend to try the vape cartridges in an evening to try and get some comfort and the oil before bed.

I didn't go for the oil in the end as I'd not done any research into it.

I'm just curious about the effects now because if I can use it before work and it'll last most of the day, I'd be very happy.

You'll have to let me know about the device and the Pave.

I had a couple of strains from my old clinic, and I can't justify buying more until it's finished (even if it's a bit shit).

For the Sourdough ... I'll take a 3-6 second rip right before I turn out the lights, and I sleep really well most of the time.

You can check out this thread for what happened when I mixed it up with my Electric Honeydew the other day lol.

When the Dr discussed my chronic pain condition which is 60% nerve pain and 40% physical oil is the first thing he prescribed.
I have a Fentynal prescription for the physical side of things but the nerve pain pharmaceutical drugs I've tried did nothing.
Keeping my fingers 🤞

Oil is perfect for you.

I’d say if I was taking .1ml every few hours I wouldn’t feel any high but I’d get therapeutic effects.

I’m going for a single strain oil this month to see if that has any additional benefits.

Is controlling the dosage relatively simple?

My recommendation for a portable dry herb vaporiser would be the Storz & Bickel Venty. It heats up quickly and its battery will last me a full day usually. For something to use at home, for me the gold standard is the Storz & Bickel Volcano. For me, the flavour, aroma, and just the smoothness that you get from a balloon make it worth every penny. They’re also designed and made in Germany, and this shows in the quality.

I’d be very interested to hear how you get on with a liquid vape, and what strains help your pain. I’ve had nerve pain for 34 years now, and would love to lock down a really helpful strain. I’m brand new to this Medical side of cannabis, received my first prescription yesterday 🥳. Up to now I’ve been buying on the Dark Web and not having any faith in what I ordered was what was delivered. My pharmacy doesn’t give much information about the strains they sell, so I might have to swap. Ideally I want to know what approx percentage of Sativa and Indica is in a product, and ideally what terpenes are in it too.

I was thinking a good idea might be if MedBud.Wiki could run a poll at the end of every year, of what medication helped with various health issues. Then we could see what other people are finding helpful?
Hi , I'm looking at purchasing the Venty , thanks for the recommendation. There's an option to add accessories.
Anything you think I should add ?
I'd appreciate your thoughts.

I bought mine last week from Magic Vapourizers.

I looked around for a while and it was the best deal. £295 or so for the unit but I found a 5% code UKMED420 bringing it down another £15.

If you buy at the same time you get 25% all accessories! I went all in and picked up the carry case, some carts, storage boxes, charger, loading funnel and a few other bits.

I figure that was a blinding deal.

Just made a purchase and saved some money in the process. Wowsers - thanks again.
Really appreciate it

Ok , I'm slightly baffled. The Venty came today and I ordered bubbler and glass adapter from the accessories section underneath the product. I expected the rubber adapter to fit over the mouthpiece but it won't.
What am I doing wrong .
Any help appreciated.
It will fit inside but it makes the draw on the bubbler very tight.

Just looking and I think you usually have an adaptor and take the head unit off the venty and fit the adaptor then place the bubbler on top of the adaptor and I suspect the tube/whip is just for using without the bubbler .

Thank you , appreciate your help. I suppose I thought as it came as an accessory to the product it would just fit .
Hmmmmm 🤔

I must admit your bubbler looks a lot smaller and I'd be sure to match up the right adaptor before ordering to avoid further frustration but I imagine the shop where you got it will know exactly what is needed 🤞
With my mighty I think I bought them as separate items with the adaptor being roughly £14

Taking the cooling mechanism out of the path counterbalances the effect of the water imho.

You really want to go straight into a proper bubbler / bong preferably through the cooling mechanism too.
