Lets hope it's the start of a new more satisfactory MC journey for you mate and that is a good start 🙌 it'll also be reassuring to others thinking of following.
I hope so mate! They need to hand out badges for getting round all the clinics lol.

This would be clinic #4 for me now. Maybe im the problem here 😂

I didn't realise you were so prolific :ROFLMAO:

All said and done if your not satisfied and considering the money spent each month I don't blame you in the slightest wanting a better service ✊

Haha, yes mate I started at CB1 Medical and got Woo'd by a Wellfords ad that made them sound like Integro with it all being internal and super fast (spoiler, it wasn't).

I hated being at Wellfords, the worst experience I've had by far. And I was paying £2k more over 3 years for a shit service.

So then I decided I'm wasting money here and opted for cheapest service. If I was going to get a shit service then I was going to pay shit service prices lol.

That took me to Alternaleaf and aside from Montu being horrific it's been largely a good experience. The biggest reason I may stay with AL is because of 1 particular pharmacist who I tend to rebook with.

Then Medicann pop up and even if it's as basic as AL, the attraction to IPS as a default pharmacy (formulary dependent) is very appealing to me. Along with the no script approach they have.

I still see myself ending up at Cannabis Clinic Cardiff in the end but the Mrs is trying to get me to hold off for a bit because life expenses.

Fair play mate and understandable to hold off to see if you can get what you need cheaper as balancing the books at this time is quite frankly hard and we've realised as a couple it's compromising our lifestyle and that's after cutting down on spending on MC so if you can get a suitable service with no extra outlay it all helps .

I couldn't agree more mate, although I'm spending a little less that I did with BM it doesn't change the fact that we have to make huge sacrifices with our lives to feel like we can do things in a normal way. I can't imagine the mental gymnastics you do with 2 patients in the household.

Hopefully Medicann start a price decrease trend in the industry and we all see a net benefit regardless of your clinic.

I can access the pharmacy now, the technical issue was me not knowing how to navigate the app properly, It took them Just 7 minutes to respond to my message, excellent service.

The information on the app regarding products to choose from is basic, no indication if the flower is irritated or non irritated and the filters don’t work properly either e.g when selecting non irritated, only 2 popped up- gazzurple and sudz and there were much more non irritated seen without filters. A handful of lot420 and Green Karat and more. If you’re new and not familiar with them you will have to rely on this site to see if it’s irritated or not,
There was an okay section of both flowers. i counted 60 products available to me inc vapes. prices were the same as on here.
I'm not ordering until the end of the week. I will update regarding order-door timing.
speedy service so far, was approved and able to order my own medication 3 days after i submitted my application.
My only complaint is the app needs modifying, filters do nit work and clearer details of medication.
More products to choose from would be great, but i expect that will improve in the future.

I have downloaded the medicann app, it seems there are charges when you click on the connected doctors, initial consultation £150 consultation follow up £75 and and another follow up consultation £45? I was originally going to sign up to CB1 Medical, but thought will try Medicann if it's free? Am I missing something here?

Welcome and good morning @roadend1981 and I cant help thinking you maybe contacting the Channel Islands Medcann by the pricing as they have operated in the Channel Islands for a while .
The link we have here I've put below but if that doesn't work for you let us know and we'll see what we can find out (y)

Im stuck on ActIon Needed submit to clinic its highlited in orange on the Medicann app? There are 2 doctors showing, 1 shows the charges still , and the other is not available. Im struggling to proceed on from this page. Do you have to download a pdf of your GP info or something as I didnt put anything in there.

Do you have any other script assist apps installed for other clinics or pharmacies? It's been known to cause some issue.

For me it was Newgrove.

That could well be it as you need a Summary of Care Record from your GP (SCR) so they can assess your medical history and from what you are saying this sounds like the issue and I believe some people have been able to get this through the NHS app but personally I contacted my doctors and requested it , hopefully another forum member who has recently been through this process can fill in the gaps here if it is not the SCR although I'm sure that is the issue at this point (y)

That's a script assist app, so I think there may be some conflicting logic in the back end of both apps.

You will need to still add GP data but you should be able to submit without it.

Alternatively, you can do it here - https://medicann-patient.scriptassist.co.uk/login
Thanks, I've clicked on the link and it takes me on to the Medicann app says action needed in yellow and submit to clinic, but there isn't a clinic to choose?

Is the link opening the app? Or is it just a web portal / website?

If it's the app, you'll need to delete the CB1 Medical app before you can proceed to submit to Medicann. Script Assist was never built for patients to have multiple versions of it installed so it freaks out with the multiple instances of various folders, code and logic in the backend.

Does yours look like this by chance?

Yes it looks like the above it opens the app. I will try deleting the CB1 Medical app, I didn't realise they would be connected in anyway, thanks for your help.

I've just noticed in delivery preferences it's showing as cb1. I did originally sign up to cb1 but haven't payed the £50 deposit for the first consultation yet, it says it will be automatically cancelled if I don't pay so how do I change it from cb1 now?

Deleting the CB1 app should remove any CB1 info.

If it doesn't, you can try clearing app cache on your phones apps settings or you may need to reset your password with the Medicann version potentially.

It's annoying but the entire industry run on script assist for some daft reason.
