That's a script assist app, so I think there may be some conflicting logic in the back end of both apps.

You will need to still add GP data but you should be able to submit without it.

Thanks, I've clicked on the link and it takes me on to the Medicann app says action needed in yellow and submit to clinic, but there isn't a clinic to choose?

Is the link opening the app? Or is it just a web portal / website?

If it's the app, you'll need to delete the CB1 Medical app before you can proceed to submit to Medicann. Script Assist was never built for patients to have multiple versions of it installed so it freaks out with the multiple instances of various folders, code and logic in the backend.

Does yours look like this by chance?

Yes it looks like the above it opens the app. I will try deleting the CB1 Medical app, I didn't realise they would be connected in anyway, thanks for your help.

I've just noticed in delivery preferences it's showing as cb1. I did originally sign up to cb1 but haven't payed the £50 deposit for the first consultation yet, it says it will be automatically cancelled if I don't pay so how do I change it from cb1 now?

Deleting the CB1 app should remove any CB1 info.

If it doesn't, you can try clearing app cache on your phones apps settings or you may need to reset your password with the Medicann version potentially.

It's annoying but the entire industry run on script assist for some daft reason.
 
These guys are making an absolute joke of the industry.

on two occasions they've been able to book me for same day appointments (I cancelled one because life).

Today I booked my initial appt in and had it all over within an hour of booking.

I needed to add more evidence, they said they'd call me back when I submitted it. Within 30 seconds of adding it to the portal they called me back and booked my 2nd appt.

I have that appt booked for Wednesday 9am.

Not an overly personable doctor but I don't need them to fluff up my ego and treat my like a king. That why I'm married.

Elite service so far and it's making me wonder wtf everyone else is playing at.
 
I can only praise them too, spoke to a Dr this morning, she took all my details and Dr Sunny is calling me in 10minutes time :) They do seem to be very efficient
Almost feels like there's a catch doesn't there?

I have the same doctor on Wednesday. It would be great if you can let us know your thoughts on how he was and things. I hear its a 5 minute phone call...

I've had some shit experiences in the past and the only reason I'm Hesitant to leave AL is because I have a really good doctor now.
 
Just spoke to Dr Sunny, told him I feel like I'm cheating on Integro he laughed and said all the more savvy ones are coming over to Medicann - and Integro are positioning themselves to older clients who need the pharmacy staff and admin team to assist. Anyway I should have access to the products this evening :D

Did they talk about how the allowances side of things works? I know they don't have one but that doesn't mean much to me.

Did he prescribe your strains or do you have autonomy from the get go via the app?

I was told there is no 'allowances' it all goes through Dr Sunny.

He said he has to go through the MDT process on the app later around 8 and I should have access to order from then
 
Unfortunately, the range on medicann is extremely limited if you use edibles or oil. Not too bad on the flower side. I asked if I could get a different oil from another pharmacy and got told I can only choose from their formulary.
I only ever get stuff IPS have in stock - which Sunny said will all be available - and if it isn't to contact him for it to be available, so we can see.

That sucks to hear, I'm assuming you wanted oils and edibles over flower?

If so, I'm pretty confident Alternaleaf
/ Montu have the largest portfolio of edibles and oils. (@GrownHealth said it so it must be true 😉)
